  • Member Benefits

    SMALL GROUP

    Meet in a small group of 6-8 fellow dahlia farmers 5 times a year via zoom as we work through burning issues, problem-solving, and developing lasting relationships with peers in the field. Also, a potential in-person meeting.

    PERSONAL COACHING

    Receive personal one-on-one coaching with Kamille 2-3 times throughout the year and get tailor-fitted goals just for you.

    GOALS & LEARNING

    Make goals and achieve them through KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) & learn more about dahlias to make you successful.

  • What to Expect

    MEMBER EXPECTATIONS

    *You will need to show up and be present at meetings.

    *Come ready to contribute.

    *Capacity to listen, share & encourage.

    MEETINGS

    *Meetings will take place on Friday evenings or Saturday mornings running 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

    *Have working internet with video capabilities for zoom meetings.

  • Cost

    For a year membership, it costs $650. You will be billed after you are placed in a group.

Dahlia Roundtable & Private Consulting

  • The Dahlia Roundtable is a member-driven small group of 5 to 8 small to medium-scale dahlia growers, where you share your highs & lows in your dahlia businesses. This is a unique group where the member develops personal relationships with other flower farmers and is facilitated by Kamille Scellick, which allows the members to grow both professionally & personally.

    You will be invited to sit in a group after a 10-minute phone consultation with Kamille to determine the group, which would best suit you.

  • Kamille offers one-hour coaching consultations in relation to your personal & professional goals with beginning and/or maintaining your dahlia business.

    One of Kamille’s top strengths with StrengthsFinder is Individualization & Communication. This allows her to provide very specific goals & input to your unique situation in dahlia farming.

    Not only this but her knowledge of growing dahlias and her teaching side, provide you with concrete solutions to thrive as a grower.
