HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL GET
Small Group Collaboration: Connect with 6-8 fellow dahlia farmers in five interactive Zoom meetings throughout the year. Dive into burning issues, brainstorm solutions, and build lasting relationships with peers in the field. We're also exploring the possibility of an in-person gathering!
Personalized Coaching: Receive 2-3 one-on-one coaching sessions with Kamille throughout the year. Get personalized guidance and develop tailor-made goals to maximize your business potential.
Strategic Business Development: Learn how to set and achieve your business goals through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Gain deeper knowledge about dahlia cultivation and refine your messaging to effectively meet your customers' needs.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Active Participation: Show up, be present, and contribute to the group discussions.
Willingness to Share: Be ready to listen, share your experiences, and offer encouragement to your fellow members.
Meeting Details:
Meetings will be held on Thursday or Friday evenings, lasting 2.5 to 3 hours.
You'll need a reliable internet connection with video capabilities for Zoom meetings.
