We ship using USPS & only to the US. Sorry, we do not ship internationally. Here are the shipping costs for ordering tubers from the shop:
A flat fee for shipping & handling $16.
Washington residents will be charged WA sales tax, along with a county sales tax dependent upon your shipping address.
SHIPPING & KAMILLE’S FLOWERS STAMP OF APPROVAL:
All tubers will begin shipping immediately. Once an order has been placed, I cannot add or subtract items. If you would like to order additional items, please submit another order. I am not able to combine shipping on separately placed orders.
All dahlia tubers are grown with care & attention on my farm in Whatcom County, and I do not resell tubers from other growers or imports. With this in mind, when you purchase from me, you can have complete assurance of knowing where your tubers come from.
Please note that I do NOT ship internationally.
**We will offer local pick-ups, check Farm Pick up at checkout. Check your invoice as you will find the time of pick up and address.

We guarantee to ship dahlia tubers with at least one viable eye, and to the best of our ability, correct identification.
CONDITIONS ON QUALITY & REFUNDS:
Kamille’s Flowers is not responsible for packages getting lost in the mail, or nature rotting tubers (weather, pest, animal), or gardener neglect. If there are other issues, reach out within 10 days of receiving your order so I can rectify the situation for you.
I only offer refunds for a tuber for the following:
* without a viable eye
* a tuber with poor quality (you must contact me within 10 days of receiving it along with photos or video of the tuber in question)
* or a tuber wrongly labeled.
If after growing your dahlia during the season, you have the wrong variety, reach out to me so I can offer a refund or a replacement for the following season. I try my best to ensure each tuber is true to variety. Contact me before September 1st of the growing season if the wrong variety was sent to you.
We are not responsible for customer negligence, weather conditions, rodent damage, winter storage, or the performance of plants. Remember, dahlia tubers are perishable products.
When your dahlias arrive, inspect the tubers to make sure your order is correct. I cannot help you if I don’t know what the problem is and my job is to provide you with support and success in your growing season.
If you do have problems with your tubers, you will need to contact me within 10 days of receiving them and send pictures of the tuber as well. Once the 10 days are up, we cannot offer any refunds.

Like all online shops, putting an item in your cart doesn't secure it until you pay. I know it's kind of annoying, and I’m sorry about it.
As a small grower, I often have limited availability in varieties. This can mean having less than a dozen to offer. When the shop opens and we see over 500 people shopping, the likelihood of everyone getting every variety is small. It is advisable to try to buy the one variety you really want and check out.
If for some reason I run out of a variety you ordered due to unforeseen circumstances, I will contact you to see if you would like a substitution or refund. I will never substitute for a variety you never requested.
-
Kamille’s Flowers is inspected by the WSDA (Washington State Department of Agriculture) for disease & pests.
I test using Agdia strips for TSV, TSWV, along with actively culling any suspected varieties both during the growing season and during the winter tuber months. If anything is in question I trash it as I don’t want it in my garden or yours.

At this time, our farm is not open to the public and we do not have a retail location. We would like to start hosting small events at our farm in the future. To be notified, please sign up for our mailing list at the bottom of our home page here.

We are so grateful for your business. Unfortunately, we do not cancel orders once they are placed as this would create more work for our one-woman shop. This means we cannot add or subtract once your order is placed.
Have more questions?
Feel free to contact me anytime.
Thank you again for your support and a shared love of dahlias!
